Tender description
Leicester City Council Planning, Transportation & Economic department require a Phase 1 ecology survey with an option to extend it to include a Phase 2, studies depending on the outcome and recommendations of the Phase 1 report. We reserve the right to extend the contract for a subsequent Phase 2.This would be at a sole discretion of the authority and we are under no obligation to do so. The Phase 1 ecology survey is needed to inform a development feasibility study for the Groby Road former allotments site. The area has been identified as a potential development site, part of the wider Waterside regeneration area. The Phase 1 ecology survey is required to identify any ecologically constraints on the site and the findings will feed into a feasibility study. Keywords: Ecology, Survey
