Engineering Consultancy services for the Design of the N56 Kiltoy Roundabout in accordance with Phase 3 of the 'National Roads Authority Project Management Guidelines' (2010) and for the Preparation of Tender Documents, Tender and Tender Assessment in accordance with Phase 5 of the 'National Roads Authority Project Management Guidelines' (2010) .
