GB-Lincoln: City of Lincoln - Security Services

Tender description

The City of Lincoln Council was seeking to establish a public sector hub, initially with the DWP/Job Centre Plus, which will result in partner organisations co-locating principally, but not exclusively, at the Council’s main office namely City Hall. The primary functions of the security service contract is to manage the safety and security of public areas within its building(s) including any adjacent car parks and to provide a proactive presence in all public facing areas including the provision of a positive initial reception to clients, directional guidance and information on policies relating to no smoking and no drinking of alcohol on the Council premises. The service is required to be operational in 4th January 2016, however the Council will notify successful contractor should this date change.
