Tender description

The requirement is to design and implement a project which has the outcome that local authorities are able to have confidence that they are following good practice, and are supported to consider the cost elements, and what efficiencies are reasonable when agreeing fees with providers. The aim is to support more sustainable approaches to commissioning which underpin the provider market, whilst also protecting local authorities from legal challenge.
