Tender description
Cofely Workplace Ltd on behalf of North East Lincolnshire Council is seeking to identify a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to demolish the property and surrounding car parking areas in a safe and controlled manner. The leisure facility has been identified as surplus by North East Lincolnshire Council and there is a need to prepare the property for demolition to return the land to brown field. The contract is expected to commence on 20th June 2016 for a period of 16 weeks.
