Tender description
Bolsover District Council (BDC) is seeking to appoint a main contractor to carry out the refurbishment of an old Nat West Bank retail unit in the centre of Bolsover. This has been purchased as part of the authority’s drive to maximise its property assets and provide alternative accommodation for the Bolsover Contact Centre. This unit will also be tenanted and therefore there is a tight timescale to complete the works to fall in line with this tenants requirements.
