Wigan is commissioning a parent support service to provide strategic expertise and capacity to support the development of an integrated offer of support for parents across Wigan. This contract is in two Lots: Lot One: Parent Support Offer Lot Two: Intensive Family Intervention The contract will support the following cohorts: Lot One: Parents with assessed parenting support needs, who are situated at Levels 1-3 of the Wigan Safeguarding Children’s Board Threshold of Need. Lot Two: Families with multiple layers of complex issues who are situated at Level 4 of the Threshold of Need and who have a child on a Child Protection Plan.
