Yorkshire Housing Group (Yorkshire) is seeking to appoint a preferred supplier to enter into contract to provide Fire Alarm and Emergency Lighting Servicing and Testing. The project has been split into Lots: • Lot One: Fire Alarm & Emergency Lighting Servicing & Testing. To be undertaken within the Local Authority Areas of: Leeds City Council, Wakefield Council, Doncaster Metropolitan Borough Council, Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council, Sheffield City Council, City of York Council, Ryedale District Council and East Riding of Yorkshire Council. • Lot Two: Fire Alarm & Emergency Lighting Servicing & Testing.. To be undertaken within the Local Authority Areas of: City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council, Kirklees Metropolitan Council, Calderdale Metropolitan Borough Council, Craven District Council and Harrogate Borough Council. One Service Provider will be awarded a contract for each Lot and Service Providers can bid for either Lot or both. Therefore a maximum of two separate Service Providers will be appointed.
