TMBC: Replacement of Tonbridge Castle River Wall

Due to its current condition, Tonbridge & Malling Borough Council requires a contractor to replace the existing River Wall near Tonbridge Castle. The following documents are available for this project: 1: Tonbridge Castle River Walls - Invitation to Tender 2: Tonbridge Castle River Walls - Tender Documentation 3: Tonbridge Castle River Walls - Section Nr 3 - Part 2 Contract Data Provided by the Contractor 4: Tonbridge Castle River Walls - Copy of Section NR 6 - Contract Sum Analysis The procurement process for this project is an open tender, i.e. any company that registers their expression of interest in this project will be able to access ALL the project documents. You will need to be registered on the South East Business Portal to be able to express an interest in this opportunity and have access to the project documents. The evaluation process will be in two stages - the first stage will be the evaluation of the responses to the threshold requirements and all companies, that pass all of the threshold elements, will have their tender response evaluated, on price and quality, in the second stage of the evaluation. Companies that fail the first stage evaluation will not be evaluated further in the process. Completed tenders must be submitted electronically using Dartford Borough Council’s e-tendering system (ProContract), and be received no later than: 12:00:00 Friday 29th January 2016 (GMT) If you have any questions please email procurement@dartford.gov.uk Please note that questions and answers will be received, and replied to, on ProContract so companies are advised to ensure they sign up to the South East Business Portal in order that they can formally register their expression of interest and also receive additional information when it is posted and answers to questions raised.
