The Supply and Installation of PVC-U Windows and Patio Doors

Tender description

Sovereign is seeking a preferred lot supplier(s) to provide a turnkey solution for the provision and installation of PVC-U windows and patio doors in the appropriate lot Areas. The contract scope includes: the manufacturer, survey, supply and installation of PVC-U window and patio door units and associated fittings in support of new build contracts, annual refurbishment programmes and response maintenance services. With a focus on improving efficiencies, reducing costs, increasing long term resident satisfaction, and achieving a sustainable design and management solution. Sovereign Housing Association Ltd (SHA) wishes to deliver services through a Windows (supply and installation of) Framework. The Framework will be made up of 2 distinct Lots. The regions Sovereign currently services are covered by the 2 lots. Tenderers will be invited to bid for one, or both of these lots. Which are made up of the regions below: Lot 1: Berkshire & borders, Dorset & borders, Hampshire & borders Lot 2: Devon & borders, Oxfordshire & borders, West of England
