The Provision of A Network Service

Tender description

Warrington Borough Council (the Council) invites you to tender for the provision of a Network Service. This contract is offered subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) RM1045 Network Services. The Council invites proposals for a Network Service and to provide Agency Services for the provision of Data Access Services (Lot 1) and Local Connectivity Services (Lot 2) under the CCS RM1045 Network Services Framework. The Council is seeking the most economically advantageous tender for the service based on a combination of scores available for Price and Quality. The contract will be for an initial period of five [5] years, with an option to extend for a further two [2] years, dependent upon service performance reviews and at the Council’s discretion. The Council does not mandate any particular equipment or methodology within this contract and will call on the winning tenderer to prove the economics of their proposed solution. To ensure that everything is logged and audited, only correspondence, questions and clarifications raised in The Chest will be addressed by the Council.
