Solar PV Metering Replacement / Recomissioning and Monitoring

Tender description

Yorkshire Housing are looking to appoint a Contractor to provide a solar PV metering and monitoring solution for 181 properties across Yorkshire and Humber. The Contractor will be required to replace (or re-commission if possible) the existing PV meters with suitable meters to allow for remote monitoring. The monitoring is to provide Yorkshire Housing with day+1 generation data, analyse array performance, identify and troubleshoot low generation / non functional arrays to allow the feed in tariff payment application to be streamlined or automated. The contract is for the installation and monitoring of the meters including necessary support throughout the 5 year monitoring period. The installation and activation must be complete by the end of March 2016 and the monitoring period is for 5 years.
