Tender description

The appointed creative agency will act as the Authority’s stand-by agency, ready to take on creative briefs during the contract period with immediate notice. This contract will be open to all other government Departments, Executive Agencies and other Arm’s Length Bodies. Any of these bodies may act as the end client for billing purposes, although in all cases the stand-by agency will be initially activated by the Authority. The appointed creative agency will act as the stand-by agency for the Authority for the next six months. During this period the appointed agency will produce all required creative content for relevant campaigns, specifically those on subjects where a) no incumbent agency is in place, or b) timescales prevent a specific competition being run. The creative required could include full campaign development across any media, or be limited to individual elements such as copywriting or brand design as required on a case by case basis.
