Provision of Contract Cleaning Services

Tender description

The Authority is seeking contract cleaning services in respect of the Head Office of the SFPA in Clonakilty, Co Cork. Cleaning services will be daily, Monday to Friday with the exception of bank holidays when the services will not be required. Service will be for two hours a day commencing at 3pm until 5pm and carried out by one (1) person. Suppliers are to provide their own cleaning equipment, PPE and PPC clothing. Cost for such items should be included in the overall cost to supply the service as detailed in Appendix 2. Costs for cleaning supplies, including washroom supplies, are considered additional. These should be detailed in Appendix 2 also. Vendors should ensure that staff employed for the purpose of providing contract cleaning services are physically able to complete the job required and have received suitable training. Ideally staff should be Garda vetted due to the sensitive work carried out by the Authority as well as for the safety of our own staff.
