Provision and Installation of a Catering Cabin and Decking Area

Tender description

The Lake District National Park Visitor Centre at Brockhole near Windermere is undergoing development with the aim of becoming a world class visitor attraction. As part of the long term development plans LDNP are seeking to procure a Timber Catering Cabin with decking, which will serve as an outdoor seating area. The Catering Cabin will service the lakeshore water sports area selling hot and cold drinks and light snacks. The catering cabin will be a high quality, sustainable building to complement the spectacular landscape in which it is located. The building will measure 7m x 5m and will be finished in timber cladding with a mono pitch roof. It will also have an organically shaped deck made from rough sawn oak to the front and side. This project forms part of the Brockhole Masterplan re-development. The completion of the project is subject to strict deadlines. Keywords: Cabin, Catering
