The Francis Crick Institute is seeking a Property Services Management of Perrin Lodge referred to in the Contract as the Service Information is to describe the Property Services Management be provided under Contract to the Crick by the Service Partner. The Service Partner will have full accountability for delivering these Services at defined levels of performance, and for complying with all requirements defined in this document. Unless otherwise indicated, all references to Service Partner and their staff in this document is considered to apply equally to employees, suppliers or subcontractors working for or on behalf of the Service Partner. Please note that signing of the Reciprocal Confidentiality Agreement (NDA) will be required to obtain the tender documentation.
