Project Light Services Concession for Communal/District Heating

Project Light Development 1 Limited (“PLD”) is seeking to appoint an Energy Services Company (“ESCo”) for the provision of communal/district heating services at the Project Light development in south-east London. PLD is a wholly owned company in the Notting Hill Housing Group. Notwithstanding any statement on this notice to the contrary, PLD considers this contract to be a services concession contract. This opportunity is therefore being advertised in OJEU on a voluntary basis, with a view to ensuring compliance with general EU Treaty Principles. This voluntary notice is a call for expressions of interest from suppliers who wish to take part in the tender. (To clarify, this notice has not been published as a Call for Competition as defined in the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.) PLD will be allowing a period of at least 30 days from the publication of this OJEU Notice for interested suppliers to make themselves known.
