Service Category 17 - Hotel and Restaurant Services The University operates its own hospitality and catering service known as EAT@Event Catering. The University's Purchasing Procedure stipulates that all requirements for on-campus hospitality and catering provisions should be made to EAT@Event Catering, with the exception of low risk self-catered events requiring very simple arrangements for light refreshments, but in the event that EAT@Event Catering are unable to supply the requirement approved external catering Suppliers may be used. This tender is to establish a Framework Agreement with three Suppliers to supply buffet food to the University for meetings, events etc. The Agreement will be divided into two lots: Lot 1 - Cold Buffet Food and Refreshments Lot 2 - Hot Fork Buffet Food and Refreshments
