Life skills, leadership, limitless potential: Supporting children and young people affected by sexual violence in Europe by strengthening and facilitating participatory practice (subcontractor for 4 day training curriculum)

Tender description

The sub-contractor will be expected to: - develop a four day training curriculum on participatory practice for specialist service providers supporting children and young people affected by sexual violence which is to be delivered in England, the Netherlands, Romania and Bulgaria - develop a life skills and leadership toolkit and programme of activities for children and young people in these four countries affected by sexual violence - develop a three day training programme for Youth Facilitators in the four countries, who will co-deliver with organisational staff the toolkit to children and young people. Deliverables: • A draft four day training curriculum on participatory practice for professionals which includes training plans and simple instructions written in English • Four modified and refined versions of the curriculum contextualised for training in England, Netherlands, Romania and Bulgaria • A draft 12 week ‘Life skills, Leadership, Limitless Potential’ programme toolkit including tools, session plans, instructions and resources in English • A modified and refined version of the toolkit after review • A draft three day training programme for Youth Facilitator in simple English • A modified and refined version of the training programme
