Herefordshire Council currently commissions a service provider to deliver domiciliary care packages for 15 Learning Disabled Adults. Nine of these packages are in Hereford City and 6 of these packages are in the town of Leominster. The intention is that these services are shortly to be re-commissioned and this market consultation is to establish if any current or potential providers have the capacity to respond to a tender for these Learning Disability domiciliary care packages.
