Humber Bridge Country Park Experience ITT HG-14-03201-B

Tender description

The Authority is proposing to carry out a scheme involving capital works to make various improvements to the Humber Bridge Country Park, Hessle; funding for the scheme involves a Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) grant and the scheme is subject to grant conditions. The Authority is currently seeking to appoint consultants to provide professional services to develop and deliver the scheme. Main Consultants will be appointed separately for Project Management - (contract A) Multidisciplinary Design Team - (contract B) The procurement for each of the above contracts is being progressed concurrently and tender documents for each contract are available on YORtender; each appointment will be under an NEC3 Professional Services Contract. These tender documents are for the Multidisciplinary Design Team (contract B) Applications for Project Management (contract A) are to be made separately using the tender documents for Project Management (contract A), except that volume 2(AB) is common to both tenders and need only be submitted once (see clause 10.6 below) The services for this services contract Multidisciplinary Design Team (contract B) involve services for the following service disciplines: Conservation Architectural Services Landscape Architectural Services Civil and Structural Engineering Services Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Services CDM Principal Designer Services The Consultant will also be required to work pro-actively with the Authority and other members of the project team to deliver the project in accordance with the programme dates in the Scope in volume 1(B) and at the optimum cost to the Authority.
