Tender description

Warwickshire County Council has procured a system that will allow us to compare data from different data sets between 6 different local authorities: one county council and five district and borough councils. The data matching software will allow us to compare and report on the results, in the first instance to identify fraud but potentially for other purposes in the future. The system will do the following: • check details of inhabitants at the point at which they are applying for a service including online in real time to see what other records we have for them and for the address that they give. • run an historical check of the records we have and using set parameters flag up records that need investigating • be capable of integrating with the GOV.UK Verify system for identity assurance • be capable of supporting automated Tell Us Once processes across the partners
