Culture Change - A practical guide to employing, promoting and supporting diversity in the arts and cultural workforce, from entry to board level

Arts Council England has identified the need for a simple, practical guide that will drive and assist behavioural change in the arts and culture sector with regards to building a workforce that reflects the make-up of modern Britain (the Guide). Arts Council England is therefore seeking to procure a service provider that will develop the Guide and provide other services as described below. The Guide should be aimed at cultural leaders and those responsible for recruitment within arts and culture organisations. Further details of Arts Council England requirements are in the attached ITT. Please read it carefully and if interested please submit your tender response before the tender deadline on 12:00 Noon on 6th January 2016 in accordance with the instructions set out in the ITT.
