Tender description
This Quasi contract records a list of Providers for the service of Mental Health Residential & Nursing Care Services on behalf of service users for Leeds City Council. This contract is set up to record expenditure where we have entered into an arrangement without subjecting the service to a competitive tender exercise because these contracts fall within Section 29 of the National Assistance Act 1948 and are therefore Exempt Contracts under CPRs. Initial documents issued for these arrangements are the Terms and Conditions and Service Specification.
