The Block C, Shannon Freezone works consists of the demolition and site clearance of 6 no. adjacent industrial units (Units 13-18) with a total floor area of 7,900m2 approx. Buildings were previously used for a variety of industrial/commercial purposes and are now vacant/disused. The works involve the demolition and removal of Reinforced Concrete Structural Frames, Structural Steel Frames, Blockwork Walls, Reinforced Concrete Stairwells, Reinforced Concrete Foundations, Structural Steel Roof Trusses, Mechanical and Electrical Building Components, and Asbestos Removal.
