Tender description

This ITT has been created by Leeds & York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust in support of the Trust’s ‘Your Voice Counts’ programme and NHS England’s Workforce Race Equality Standard (WRES). This standard looks to address disparities in the number of Black & Minority Ethnic (BME) people accessing employment within the NHS; and their progression once in employment. This ITT invites proposals from suitably experienced and qualified supplier(s) of Employment Support & Training Services; to deliver a pilot scheme for the Trust and provide on-going support to the trainees appointed.
