Tender description

JNCC in partnership with Cefas undertook a multidisciplinary survey (CEND 23/15) to Croker Carbonate Slabs cSAC/SCI between 24th October and 6th November 2015 onboard the Cefas Endeavour. As part of the survey objectives for CEND 23/15, thirty samples of suspected MDAC were collected and require analysis to confirm that they are in fact MDAC, as well as investigating their mineralogy and isotopic nature to establish the origin and age of the carbonate cement. In bidding for this work, contractors should identify how the analysis would be undertaken and specify the tolerance that would be achieved for each of the variables being investigated
