Reprocessing of waste mattresses from Household Waste Recycling Centres in Warwickshire

Tender description

The contract is for provision of a service which will include the collection and onward transportation of waste mattresses from Household Waste Recycling Centres in Warwickshire, and the reprocessing of waste mattresses for re-use, recycling or recovery. The initial contract term will be 1 year however the Authority reserves the right to extend the contract by a further period not exceeding 12 months [12 months being the maximum available extension period] at the discretion of the Authority based on the contract performance of the successful applicant. Warwickshire County Council will be using its e-tendering system (CSW-JETS) for the administration of this procurement process. Providers must register with the system (if they haven’t previously done so) in order to be able to express an interest in the project and download documents.
