Tender description

Tenders are sought from organisations who wish to carry out the managing agents role for the Lancashire Wide Central Heating Fund Submission. The overall objective of the programme is to support a minimum of approx. 350 heating interventions and a small number of insulation measures across all tenures (privately owned, private and social rented sectors), to reduce both their household energy bills, and carbon emissions. It is anticipated that the scale of this opportunity is in excess £1.35m based on £1.1m Central Heating Fund and approx. £0.25m ECO funding.
