The projects involves water analysis, commissioning, validation and replacement of components to the heating systems serving • Jodrell Laboraties • Melon yard/ Glasshouses • Melon yard/ Jodrell Boilerhouse • School of Horticulture • Princess of Wales Conservatory (POWC) • Shaft Yard boilerhouse and ancillary buildings • Services tunnell (Shaft yard to Palm & Lilly House) • Palm house • Lilly House The objective of the project is to • Complete the condition survey works by inspection and analysis • Commission the systems to the original intent • Provide accurate as built information • Replace components that have been assessed (due to fail) within the next 2 years.
