Tender description
Wirral Borough Council is seeking to appoint an organisation of independent valuers with relevant skills, experience and resources to value the direct property portfolio of MPF. The contract is for the provision of an Independent Valuation for the UK direct property portfolio valued £380m as at 30 September 2015, every quarter. (APPENDIX 1). The direct property portfolio is managed on an advisory basis with the Strategic Property Adviser, currently CBRE Capital Advisers Ltd and the Property Manager (Operational), currently CBRE Ltd Asset Services.
