Invitation of application to lease the café kiosk at the Bus Station Information Building on St Andrews Street North, Bury St Edmunds In October 2015 St Edmundsbury Borough Council (the Council) approved an investment to change the layout of the bus station building into two areas: i. A waiting area, public toilets and a café kiosk ii. Separate space available for commercial let The changes to the building are planned to take place between January and April. The Council is now at the stage of inviting applications on a without prejudice and subject to contract basis from organisations wishing to lease the café kiosk at the Bus Station Information Building on St Andrews Street North, Bury St Edmunds. All applications will be assessed by the Council’s Head of Families and Communities, Procurement Manager and Estates Surveyor.
