Tender description

The Houses of Parliament wish to procure a quantity of synthetic woven floorcoverings to maximise our ability to conduct maintenance and repairs to the existing floor coverings in place, and the due replacement where required to mitigate pest control measures. These areas will include offices, and areas communally accessible to pass holders within the Palace of Westminster. The synthetic woven floorcoverings must harmonise with and be compatible with the existing floorcoverings for consistency during installation and operational use. Whilst the main focus of this tender is the provision of a bulk order of synthetic woven floorcovering carpet, the quality required should ensure that the product remains fit for purpose beyond any minimum warranty period. The estimated value of the contract includes the initial bulk purchase of different patterns within two categories and delivery over the period of the contract.
