Enabling and Asbestos Removal Works

Tender description

The contractor is required to provide costs for the insertion of crash decks and timber prop supports beneath each floor level to support fire damaged timbers and flooring, this is to enable remedial works and clearance of Asbestos debris. The contractor is to cost for the removal of Asbestos debris and pigeon fouling debris for all affected areas to the upper level flat, which is formed over to floors. The contractor is to cost for the fixing of pigeon proof netting to all open windows which have been affected by the fire which has severally damaged the dwellings upper and roof level. There is also a need to complete a Questionnaire, which will be used to score the Tenders, and this will carry a weighting of 50%.
