Specification Purpose The purpose of this System Requirement Specification document is to outline the support sought from external parties to help deliver the required level of sales through the Activate fitness suites. To outline the sales support and training sought to allow the ongoing success following the sales process support period Scope The process to be developed is a sale and customer retention system to include the delivery of training for all customer facing staff. Required training aspect should allow ongoing success following the initial period of sales support. The above systems and training should be designed to be delivered at each of the Active Sefton facilities and include all front of house/customer facing staff. These facilities are as follows:- • Bootle Leisure Centre • Crosby Lakeside Activity Centre • Dunes Splash world • Litherland Sports Park • Meadows • Netherton Activity Centre Sefton Council will through the delivery of these processes achieve the following objectives: • An increase in the current level of sales/closes and an increase in profitability. • Cost effectiveness in the use of all resources. • To handle more customers. • To have more timely information. • An improvement in staffing, planning and control of the process required.
