Tender description
Our aim in tendering this contract is to provide excellent cloud, WAN and IT Managed Services at a consistent standard, delivering value for money and an efficient service for our users. Our requirements are set out more broadly in the Specification, but comprise: Colocation services Cloud services WAN services Data centre LAN services Backup services Disaster Recovery (DR) services Managed services Security Service Management Other Services Viridian are yet to determine the contract length, however it will be either two years with the possibility of a one year extension or three years with no extension .
