Contract now awarded - details for information purposes only Details Central Bedfordshire Council requires an organisation to undertake Independent Mobility Assessments (IMA’s) to determine applicants’ eligibility for Blue Badges concessionary parking scheme. Central Bedfordshire covers part of the area of the administrative county of Bedfordshire from Biggleswade in the North East to Dunstable in the South West. It is anticipated that in the region of 780 applicants will require IMA’s each year during the period 1st January 2016 to 31st December 2018. The successful tender will provide IMA’s a period of three years from 1st January 2016. There is the possibility of extensions totalling up to an additional year at the Council’s discretion.
