Tender description

The University of Gloucestershire is seeking to appoint an Economic Operator with the relevant experience, competency and capacity to manage the provision of its catering and bar services for a four year period from 1 August 2016. The University currently provides catering and bars in its three main campus locations at The Park and Francis Close Hall in Cheltenham and Oxstalls in Gloucester. There is also a coffee shop at the Hardwick Centre and a bar at Pittville halls of residence. Conference and hospitality catering is also provided. A Student village is currently being developed at the University's Pittville site. The selected Economic Operator will be required to input to the design discussion that will progress through 2016 and will ultimately operate this new facility from September 2017.
