C14029 Gas Boiler and Appliance Maintenance and Servicing

Tender description

The Contract will be subject to the JCT Standard Form of Measured Term Contract 2011 Edition as revised and supplemented, with the Public Sector Supplement 2011 and Measured Term Contract 2011 CDM Regulations Supplement 2015, Amendment 1. The services and works covered by this Contract comprise of maintenance and servicing of gas boilers and associated services, including the servicing and/or repair of hot and cold water services and installations (as and when necessary), at the Employer's operational and domestic premises across the county of Kent. The objectives of this contract are: · The annual maintenance of all gas consuming equipment and appliances eg. boilers, fires, gas cookers etc. · The inspection and testing of all gas services and gas consuming appliances and provision of gas safety certificate. · The Servicing and/or repair of heating and gas services installations as and when necessary. · The Servicing and/or repair of hot and cold water services and installations as and when necessary. · To ensure that the Service receives full and uninterrupted use of the essential operational areas throughout the period of this contract. · To provide an out of hours service ie 17:00 to 08:00, Monday to Friday and 24/7 cover for weekends and Bank Holidays
