Tender description

Monitoring Surveyor Report Initial Monitoring Report - £1000 + VAT Monthly site meeting and report - £500 + VAT (September 15 to March 18, 30 months) Total £16,000 + VAT The monthly site visit and report will commence in September 2015 following the initial report. We have agreed a roof tax repayment with Amethyst and we are expected to be repaid in March 2018. However reports will terminate in line with the service agreement should Amethyst repay the facility earlier. If the BFF facility is not fully repaid by March 2018, the Agency will require BNP to continue with monitoring reports.
