Tender description
The appointment of a Company to design and develop a TENANTS SATISFACTION SURVEY to all tenants within the Byker Community Trust, and, to collect, input and analyse all data received and provide a detailed, written report. The required survey must be loosely based on HouseMark's STAR methodology. The successful provider will be required to develop the tenant questionnaire, which would be modelled largely on a previous STAR survey, conducted in 2014.
