The building was constructed over 50 years ago and is showing its age both externally and in the failure of some of its internal services. It is proposed to refurbish and remodel the building internally, including the replacement of all M&E services, as well as removing the external asbestos and recladding the existing concrete structure to improve the aesthetics and environmental impact. The appointment of an architectural practice with suitable experience is required to achieve this.
