Tower Works - Additional works arising from LCC works: • The Deed of Variation to the LCC transfer (and all meetings on the matter); • Finalising the form of all documents including the Agreement for Lease the Phase 1A Lease the Management Licence the separate Deed of Guarantee and the Wider Site Lease (before the issue of access by LCC arose); • The access by LCC of the Wider Site for the carrying out of works to the three towers (including all discussions in relation to the options available to HCA to progress including the appropriateness of the LCC condition the use of an indemnity the use of compensation); • Finalising final replies to site specific enquiries particularly in relation to car parking the CRT Licence and the boundary walls
