Tender description

Cofely Workplace Ltd on behalf of North East Lincolnshire Council is seeking to identify a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to deliver the removal and dispose Asbestos Containing Materials in a safe and controlled manner. The leisure facility has been identified as surpluseby North East Lincolnshire Council and there is a need to prepare the property for demolition to return the land to green field. The contract is expected to commence on 11th January 2016 for a period of 24 weeks.
