Tender description
Sefton Council is looking for a suitable supplier to refurbish two of the toilet areas located in Bootle Leisure Centre. Area 1 – Dryside area which comprises of female, male and disabled toilets. Area 2 - Wetside area which comprises of female, male and disabled toilets. The project is to remove all existing sanitary equipment and fixed furniture from site, replacing the toilet furniture, sanitary ware and wall tiles. Flooring and decoration would not be needed. Both areas to be priced separately as depending on the cost will determine if both areas would go ahead. Work to be completed by 29th February 2016. Keywords: Plumbing
