Waltham Forest Council is planning to create an educational cycling hub in Leyton Jubilee Park, the largest green space in the Borough and within an area that will continue to see significant growth and regeneration over the next 5-10 years. More information can be found at www.walthamforest.gov.uk/leytonjubileepark The Council will commission an architect to undertake a full feasibility study, taking the planning up to RIBA Scale of Work 2. This level of planning will provide concept design, including outline proposal, structural design, building services systems, outline specifications and preliminary cost information. Phase 1 will also involve the development of a high-level business plan to support the business case for phase 2 and focus on income and expenditure associated with the project.
