Tender description

Leicester City Council invites tenders for the provision of Corporate Wellbeing Services. The tender has the following Lots: Lot 1 Musculoskeletal, Injury and Rehabilitation Service to 1 Provide an early intervention programme, giving access to suitable advice and treatment, to employees who have musculoskeletal injuries or conditions. 2 Treat the injury and/or condition as well as providing rehabilitative exercises and advice, to enable the employee to reduce the risk of the injury reoccurring and to manage a chronic injury better. 3 Help employees with their recovery from these injuries and conditions and remain fit and active both in and outside of work. Lot 2 Employee Assistance Programme to 1 Provide timely psychological support to employees who are experiencing stress or distress, in order to prevent further deterioration of symptoms and adversely impact performance. 2 Contribute to the return to work of staff whose psychological health has resulted in absence from work. 3 Effectively manage critical incidents and provide appropriate support to employees affected. Lot 3 Combined Musculoskeletal Injury and Rehabilitation Service and Employee Assistance Programme Although our requirements are for two distinct services, the Authority may be looking to potentially consolidate the two requirements and this tender documentation supports this initiative (as Lot 3 – with a specific method statement question attributed to facilitate this).
