Ministry of Justice - Supply of Cleaning and Hygiene Products

Tender description

The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) uses Cleaning and Hygiene Products across its business units, predominantly for the cleaning and maintenance of facilities or the personal hygiene of staff and those held in custody by the MoJ as part of its business as usual activities. This provision relates to a range of Cleaning and Hygiene Products being provided against a zero call off framework agreement between the supplier and the Ministry of Justice. The supplier will be required at all times to ensure sufficient stocks are maintained to fulfil orders placed by the Authority within the timescales contained within the contract. The supplier is also obligated to ensure that contingency arrangements are in place for alternative supply should the Supplier find they are unable to meet the requirements of the contract within the relevant lead-times.
