Language Service Solutions Mini Competition

Tender description

A mini competition against Lot 1 - Multidiscipline of the DPS for the Provision of Language Services Framework (LPP/2015/018). The mini competition is being run against region 1e – Central & East Anglia and is only open to the following Framework suppliers: Capita, D.A. Languages Ltd, Language Line, Oncall Interpreters, Prime Production, The Language Shop (London Borough of Newham), thebigword, Pearl Linguistics, AA Global Language Services Ltd, Language Empire, Prestige Network Ltd. The mini competition is being run for both: Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust Cambridgeshire Community Services NHS Trust who are looking to appoint an approved supplier that can provide a one-stop-shop for end to end language service solutions including provision of: - Spoken and non-spoken face-to-face interpreting - Telephone & Video interpreting and other technology solutions - Translation, transcription and ancillary services - Strategy and policy advice, for example advising on demand management and how savings could be made by switching delivery channels; - Centralised management information to provide insightful analysis to inform policy and decision making; - Consolidating invoicing for the provision of the entire service. Those framework suppliers that fail to register an interest before the closing date of 16:30 Friday 4th December 2015 will not be included in the mini competition The contract is to start 1st April 2016 Keywords: Interpretion, Translation, Face to Face, Telephone, Interpreting
