HCA Consultants Panel Call Off - Torbay Masterplan Programme Delivery Support

This procurement is being undertaken following a Further Competition process in accordance with the Directive (2014/24/EU) and implemented in the United Kingdom by the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (SI 2015/102). Homes and Communities Agency awarded a Framework Agreement called the Homes and Communities Agency, Consultant Panels Framework with an OJEU contract notice reference number of a. Property Panel OJEU notice number 2013/S 235-408288 dated 4 December 2013 (the "Panels"). b. Multidisciplinary Panel OJEU notice number 2014/S 020-031462 dated 29 January 2014 (the "Panels"). Torbay Council and the TDA are seeking professional support from appropriately qualified and experienced organisations to provide a range of property and regeneration advice in support of the delivery of Torbay's masterplans. These organisations will need to work together, with the Council, TDA and local designers / agents, bringing a range of national and local knowledge and experience to secure investment and deliver major projects in the Bay's town centres. The support is required through to project delivery.
